Circles That Gather Around an Activity
Read the descriptions below, and then go to inFellowship, search under the Activity Category, and sign up if you choose one of these options. Both men and women are welcome.
This circle will meet weekly throughout the year. The first part of each evening will be dedicated to learning or improving your skills on either guitar or piano. The second half will be focused on practicing 2-3 songs together, working on the techniques of playing as a group. You are welcome to join in at any time.

Harvey Mission Trip
7 Days, Winter/Spring of 2018
Leaders: Diane Colson & Cherise Nielsen
This group is forming to prepare for and execute a trip (possibly multiple trips) to Rockport, TX with Samaritan’s Purse to clean up homes damaged by hurricane Harvey. Teams will go during the winter/spring of 2018, though specific dates are yet to be determined. Each trip will last 7 days.. The cost is approximately $500, including travel costs. The team will be fundraising. Each team can have up to 15 people. Members must be 14 years or older, though high school students must have a parent or guardian with them. The work will be physical labor, but no specialized skills are required.

This circle meets to serve at Tuesday’s Table once every other month. Participants will help set up, clean up, and serve a home-cooked meal. There are two 75 minute shifts: 4:45 PM – 6:00 PM or 5:15 PM – 6:30 PM. You are welcome to join in all 6 service times, or just once. The leader will contact you each service month to find out your availability.
Tuesday’s Table is a free, weekly meal program serving residents of Dunn County since January 2004. Volunteers come from 6 different area churches as well as the community at large. Funding comes from donations and is managed by the Community Foundation of Dunn County. Meals are served from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM in Charles Hall of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. All are welcome to share in this meal – there are no eligibility requirements.

Stitchers, Stampers, and Scrappers

This circle welcomes new participants every month. Anyone who wants to quilt, sew, scrapbook, or stamp cards is welcome to join in. There is no cost, just bring your own supplies and projects and enjoy the company of other crafters.
