Trauma REBOOT is a 12-week, faith-based, peer-led course empowering everyday people to overcome trauma and embrace a brighter future.

Are you looking to dive deeper into the Bible with a supportive community?
Our group welcomes all who are interested in diving into God's word more intentionally. We utilize LifeChange Bible Study guides in our group, and will be taking a closer look at Colossians this session. You spend an hour during the week preparing independently, and we come together to support each other's application and understanding journey.
If you have kids bring them, we have kids too. They children play together, while the adults have their discussion.

The REAL Women group exists for women of all ages and at all stages of life.
Our mission is to provide a safe space for women to engage with The Bible and grow in their relationship with God and with others.

A widow support group meeting at Cedarbrook to find comfort, strength, and support during a new stage in life's journey
The Ruth Gathering is a place of support for widows of any age after losing a spouse. We gather to study the bible, provide support to one another in the widow's journey, create connections to form a supportive community, and provide companionship in group social outings.
